Let’s be honest: Life can be really hard sometimes.
But healing is possible with the right support.
On the outside, your life may look great: You’re capable, responsible, and holding it all together. But internally, something feels off.
Maybe you feel:
disconnected from yourself or others
stuck in relationships that feel painful or unfulfilling
overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted
like you’re going through the motions instead of actually living
If so, you’ve probably tried to “fix” it through insight, willpower, or coping skills. And maybe some of that has helped. But it hasn’t fully resolved the deeper feeling underneath.
That’s because real change happens when you go deeper. That’s where I come in.
I work with individuals seeking deeper, lasting change, not just temporary symptom relief. Together, we’ll explore your pain with care and curiosity, and create space for healing, connection, and a stronger sense of self.
Finding the right therapist can be hard.
One of the strongest predictors of whether therapy will be helpful is the relationship between you and your therapist. That’s why finding the right person matters so much. Of course, when you’re already struggling, sorting through profiles and trying to figure out who you might actually connect with can feel like one more thing you don’t have the energy for.
We might be a good fit if:
You want comfort and validation but also challenge.
Real change sometimes means facing uncomfortable truths. You want someone who is completely human in the room.
I’m a real person, and I act like one.You want someone who can hold complexity.
Things that seem like they should be simple rarely are. You’re looking for trauma-focused therapy that doesn’t shy away from the hard stuff.
There’s room here for the painful, confusing, messy, and complicated parts of your story. You want someone with experience—in therapy and in life.
I’m not fresh out of school, and I’ve had my own ups and downs. You want someone grounded in theory and research, but not rigidly attached to either.
Therapy should respond to you, not follow a rigid formula. You want room to laugh and cry.
Good therapy needs space for both. You want someone who genuinely cares.
Because I do.
